Women. Welcome to WEEK EIGHT of Reclaim Your Wildly Feminine Body. I cannot believe that we have made it to the last week already. You have learned what it feels like to be embodied. You have dared to feel what you may have run from in the past. You have unearthed limiting beliefs that may have been holding you back. You have experienced what JOY, PLEASURE, and TRUST feel like in the body. You know how to listen to the wisdom and intuition that lie within. It has been quite the journey!

This week, you ask yourself, “How do I desire to FEEL in my body?” If you allowed yourself to EMBODY that feeling NOW, without waiting for approval or to meet some external marker, how would you carry yourself? How would you move through the world? What may be possible that wasn’t possible eight weeks ago?

Thank you so much for your participation in this program. The journey back to the feminine, which is what our world desperately needs right now, begins with the journey back into the body. From the head into the heart. Into the womb. Into the hips. Into the feet. You have begun this journey of embodiment. Continue the inquiry. Continue to open, to be curious, to move away from judgment and scorn to acceptance and love.

  • What activities make you feel that way?
  • What places make you feel that way?
  • What people make you feel that way?
  • What can you stop doing to make you feel that way? What takes you out of that feeling state?
  • What would you do if you already felt that?
  • How would you carry yourself if you already felt that way in your body?
  • How would you move through the world if you already felt that way in your body?
