Welcome to Week FIVE of Reclaim Your Wildly Feminine Body!! Give yourself a pat on the back and some extra love, as we have spent the last two weeks facing thoughts, beliefs, and feelings that most people spend their entire lives running from. The good news is that now you know that you can hold that darkness without running or being sucked into it, and now we get to step into the women we want to become!

The last half of Reclaim Your Wildly Feminine Body is dedicated to feeling PLEASURE, learning to trust your body as a source of guidance, and taking ownership of how you desire to feel in your body RIGHT NOW.

This week, we are going to explore what pleasure and sensuality feel like in the body, and how you can add more pleasure to your life on a daily basis. In addition to the intro video, moving meditation and journaling exercise, you will also be doing the positive side of The Body Compass and answering some questions about that experience.

Step One: Watch the Week FIVE Intro Video

Step Two: Answer the Following Questions in Your Journal

  • Describe JOY in terms of your senses. What does JOY smell like? What does it sound like? What does it look like? What does it feel like? What does it taste like?
  • How was joy received in your household? Was there such a thing as excessive joy?
  • What does the word PLEASURE bring up for you? Do you have positive or negative associations with it?
  • What activities feel both joyful and pleasurable to you? Make a list of them. Do you give yourself time and opportunity to do them?
  • What is your relationship to your sensuality like?
  • What is your relationship to your sexuality like?

Step Four: Listen to part two of The Body Compass (Positive Sensation)

Step Five: Answer the Following Questions After Completing The Movement Practice and The Body Compass Part 2

  • Where do you feel joy in your body?
  • What does it feel like as a sensation? Try to stay with pure physical sensations (fizzy, warm, etc.) as opposed to mental concepts like happy, relaxed, content.
  • Was easier or more difficult to feel the sensation of joy as opposed to its opposite (what we did last week)?
  • When was the last time you felt joy and pleasure in your body?
  • What thoughts arose during hip circle part of the movement practice? What feelings?
