Welcome to Week ONE of Reclaim Your Wildly Feminine Body! The focus of this week is to reestablish connection with your body, to begin climbing back into your body, and exploring what it feels like to bathe the body in your loving energy. As you scroll down this page, please complete the items in the order that they appear, giving yourself time and space to explore each one with compassion.

Step One – Watch this week’s introduction video! 

Step Two – Answer the following questions in your journal (AFTER you have written your intention and commitment statement) 

  • Describe how you currently feel in your body in one word.
  • What impact does feeling this way about your body have on your life? Your relationships? How you show up in the world?
  • What is the main reason that you feel this way?
  • Do you feel feminine? What does that mean to you?
  • Do you feel connected to your body? Why or why not?

Step Three – Complete the Movement Meditation exercise (roughly 10 minutes)

Step Four – Answer the following questions in your journal AFTER completing the moving meditation exercise 

  • What feelings arose during the moving meditation/self-massage?
  • What thoughts arose during the moving meditation, both positive and negative?
  • How often do you spend time luxuriating in the experience of your body?
  • Were there areas of your body that felt amazing to touch?
  • Were there areas of your body you were hesitant to touch? If so, where and what was the hesitation?
  • Were there any parts that surprised you? If so, how?
  • Free journal about anything else that came up during the Coming Home to Your Body guided meditation.
