Welcome to Week SIX of Reclaim Your Wildly Feminine Body!! This week we are exploring what truth feels like in the body, and utilizing the connection to our bodies to hear our intuition more clearly.

Much like society has taught us to fear our emotions, we have also been taught that the rational mind is the best and only way to make decisions. But have you ever been at a crossroads in your life and didn’t know which direction to go in, and argued yourself in circles for hours on end? That is because logic and rationality can be used in support of every option. When we are strictly up in our heads we miss out on the power of our gut instinct!

Your body doesn’t lie. It can’t play the same tricks that your mind can. That is why this week, we are delving into using The Body Compass to hear our intuition and bodily wisdom more clearly. In the movement exercise we will continue to explore pleasure and joy through the power of free dance!

  • What does INTUITION mean to you?
  • Do you hear your intuition clearly?
  • How do you feel/hear your intuition?
  • What is one time where you did not heed your intuition? How did that turn out for you?
  • What is one time where you did heed your intuition? How did that turn out for you?
  • What is one thing in your life where you feel on the fence and are unsure of how to continue? Describe this ideal outcome of both options you are weighing between.
