Welcome to Reclaim Your Wildly Feminine Body! I am so excited and honored to start this journey back home to your body with you.

Before we officially kick off the program next week, I wanted to send you this video with information on what to expect as you embark on this 8-week program. I have also included all the pertinent information on what you will need below the video.

What you will need:

  • A computer with internet connection to view the course materials, which will be a combination of text and videos
  • A yoga mat and a space that is large enough for you to comfortably move around
  • A journal
  • Spotify – If you wish to follow along using the same playlist as the group. I will send out a link to the Playlist, which I will be updating weekly, in the WEEK ONE email.

How the program works:

Each Sunday morning for 8 weeks I will be sending you an email with a link to that week’s course materials. The materials will include a short video introducing you to the topic we will be exploring that week, the movement and meditation practice for that week, and a set of questions to explore in your journal. Don’t skip any of the parts and set aside at least an hour or two to dig into that week’s materials. The more you bring to this program, the more you will get out of it!

Certain weeks contain additional video material as well. In WEEK FOUR and WEEK SIX we will have a group coaching call. I will be sending you the information on the dates and times of the call next week. I highly recommend participating in the call, but if you are unable for any reason, the call will be recorded and a link to the recording will be provided to you.
